Once you approve and pay for your silhouette, it should be completed and shipped to you within 3-4 weeks. However with canvases being CUSTOM HAND painted there may be times of high volume orders and could take up to 5-6 weeks.
If you are in a rush, please contact us about a possible "rush order" to receive it sooner. a rush delivery fee will apply.
Shipping costs vary depending on which size/style of canvas you order. You will receive shipping cost when order is placed, however most shipping costs are between $10-$50.
There are no refunds or exchanges as the products are custom made to order. However if you are UNSATISFIED with your piece for some reason, don't hesitate to call so we can see what we can do for you. 253 326 4960
